  5. HELP Where Appropriate, Speaker Sell Products and Services.

  9. The Verbiage could be:

  10. “I suggest checking out the books and CDs he has made available.”

  11. “If you ask nicely, I’ll bet he’ll be glad to autograph them for you!”

  12. “Don’t forget to give him your business card for his Free ________.”
