Practice, rehearse, speak Totally agree How you practice for me can vary in many forms. Because I prefer to use my approach to presentations S.T.I.R. Show THEM Tell THEM Involve THEM Reach THEM I use many approaches and different media When I was still walking for exercise and fun I would PRACTICE my presentations as I walked each morning.
